This server (
sriracha.rocket9labs.com) is hosted on a Basic-S plan. Thus, you may ping and
download from this server to get an idea of the minimum performance of your server.
If you haven't already, register a domain name (or subdomain) and provide it during checkout.
Once your order is processed, you will be provided with the server IP addresses and login credentials.
Sriracha and Caddy will be pre-configured and updates will be handled automatically.
You may log in (via SSH) and update your server configuration at any time, or
let me know what changes you would like to make and I will update the configuration for you.
Because you will receive full access to the server, you may install and use custom Sriracha plugins. This will require some extra setup, which I will guide you through at no additional cost.
All plans are hosted on individual, isolated servers (VPS). You will receive full access to the server allocated for you, meaning you may install and run software and services other than Sriracha.
Backups are not included. You should create external backups of your server regularly.
Orders are typically processed within a few hours, but processing may require up to two days.
Taxes will be added during checkout where applicable.
No refunds.
Terms of use:
- You must follow Swiss and international law
- No illegal activity
- No activity contrary to public order (distribution of unlawful content, incitement to hatred, fraud, phishing, scam, cybersecurity breaches, etc.)
- No hosting or distribution of malware, viruses, attack tools, or protected content without authorisation
- No cryptocurrency mining
- No abusive or excessive usage to the detriment of service stability (CPU, I/O, or network overload)
- No accessing the hosting provider or third-party systems or data without authorisation
- No reverse-engineering, decompilation, or circumvention of technical protection measures
- No proprietary development of Sriracha without a valid commercial Sriracha license
- No removal or replacement of the managed software (Sriracha)
- No reselling
Violation of these terms will ultimately result in termination without refund.
It is your responsibility to moderate your server. Sriracha has numerous options to help keep you and your visitors safe. I can guide you through configuring such options at no additional cost.
If any content violating these terms is found on your server, you will be notified immediately. If the offending content is not removed promptly, or if your server is found in violation these terms frequently, your server will be terminated.
In order to carry out maintenance and upgrades, I will need to periodically access your server. I will only perform maintenance and software upgrades, unless you have provided written approval for additional actions.
You must understand and agree to these terms to purchase a managed Sriracha server. Your purchase indicates that you have read and agree to these terms.
