The included Burichan style is fairly close to Yotsuba (b). You can change your site-wide style preference using the drop-down at the top right. If there is anything specific you think is missing, let me know.

if you haven't already can you add file approval (images, videos, audio, blah blah blah) as some kind of lesser form of post approval? having entire posts needing to be approved kind of hurts site activity if there's a small mod team and some kind of link censor thing for non-approved posters would be good too to not try to circumvent file approval by using a file host like catbox

Set "Require Approval" to "Posts with attachments" and add a keyword for "http" with the action "Hide until approved". To improve detection, also add keywords for any file host domains in use.
